More Rendering

Looks like all the rendering is now complete to the front of the house. It will eventually be painted Taubman Manhattan.

Inside, the plumbing looks complete as well as the electrical wiring. I guess we'll be at lock up stage before too long.

Independent Inspection Done & Cladding & Part Render

Well we got the report from our independent building inspector. Turns out it was generally good with a few issues - I expected a at least a few to turn up as with any build right? I won't comment on the issues until I've forwarded the report to Wisdom to deal with, but i'm hopeful they'll be sorted out. Our SS said to just forward the report to him and he'll get anything fixed that needs fixing.

Another surpise was the photo that Howard took THIS MORNING showed the house with render to part of the front AND the cladding installed!! Neither of which were there Monday night. How pleased are we!

They're back!

A belated Happy New Year to you all!

So the action has started again for the new year. The electricians have been at work today and put most of the cabling in place. The ducting for the air conditioning is also in. Couple of photos attached. I need to go there with the wide angle lens again.
