Hi, Love your house- looks great. Just wondering if you would be able to share some much needed info.
We are looking at building the trinity32 from wisdom and have been given the package cost of $261,000 (doesnt include any upgrades as yet).. Did you find that you needed to upgrade most things like tiles, windows etc to acheive such a finished look & if so were the upgrades expensive??, what facade did you get? Did you find the building to be straight forward???
Sorry for all the questions but we are new to the building world & have a few reservations about the "extras" and all the hidden costs that seem to be involved in a build.

I wanted to know if you could give me a rough estimate of how much your home ended up costing (ie upgrades, grass, bag and paint, aircon) in addition to the base price of your house? any information would me much appreciated
Nice! Seeing the pictures, I am just as pleased as you are! This post has just reminded me of when we moved to Florida some months ago. We were so excited to do the renovations and we were attentive to almost every single material, from lamps to wallpapers to floor tile. Tampa has some awesome hardware stores and flooring showrooms which offer the best products for our home.
